What courier services does Ariani provide ?

Ninjavan Malaysia / Third-Party Logistic (3PL) ⇒ Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore and Sabah & Sarawak

DHL Express / Red Express  ⇒ Brunei & Overseas.

 

How long it will takes for delivery process ?

Peninsular Malaysia it will take 3 - 5 working days.

Sabah & Sarawak it will take 5 - 10 working days.

International shipping may take about 3 - 4 weeks (subject to custom clearance and zone area)

(Note: The delivery might been delayed due to few factors such as bad weather or arrangement from the courier provider itself)

 

What if, the parcel is RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) ?

You must ensure, all the information given on your order is correct and you will be available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the delivery date as agreed between us. If you are not available the item will be return to sender (RTS) and if re-delivery is required, a second delivery will be charged. 

 

Is self-pickup available at all Ariani outlets?

Self-pickup services are currently available at our House of Ariani Kuala Lumpur only.

 

How long will it ready to be pickup?

The ordered item(s) placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be ready for self-pickup after ONE working day. If you place an order during weekends and public holidays, please expect that the order will be ready to collect in the next TWO working days. However, this is subject to our email notification stating that your order is ready to be picked up during the boutique's operating hours.

 

What to provide when picking my order?

It is mandatory to present your order confirmation email at the counter. You or your representative are also required to provide a signature upon receiving your items.

 

How long do I have to pickup my order?

You are required to collect your ordered items within 7 days after receiving an order confirmation email. Failure to collect within the period given, your ordered item(s) will be subjected to storage fees and returned to our warehouse.

 

How about if I personally will not be available to self-collect?

You may send an authorized representative to collect on your behalf. Please note that the representative is required to provide your order confirmation email. Any self-arranged delivery for self-pickup is entirely your responsibility.

 

Item found defective/damaged during self-collect

You shall inspect your ordered item(s) immediately upon collection/receiving for any deficiencies, defective/damaged products, and wrong item/physical product such as colour and size; as we are not liable for it after you exit the boutique.
