Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition with price tag and invoice, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 3-5 days from arrival of package and one time exchange only. 

 All the returns will be subject to the following term and conditions :

1) This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our website.

2) Items purchase during sales and promotion are non refundable and are not allowed for size exchanges.  Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase.  Items damaged or torn during delivery must be reported within than 3 days after the parcel is received and it must be return within 7 days after the report is made.  We will replace the item but it is subject to remaining stock.  Goods must be with price tag and invoice

3) We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy the product will be sent back to you. 

4) All shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches our office.

5) All refunds and reimbursement will be made in the form of store credit into Ariani account. For online purchases, returns and refunds will be made in terms of store credit.

6) NO CASH will be REFUND

7) You are NOT ALLOW to exchange any item that you bought from WEBSITE to our STORE / BOUTIQUE. For return and exchange, kindly declare the items as returns/defects.
