Return & Exchange Policy

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition with the price tag and invoice will be accepted for returns if delivered back within 3-7 days from the arrival of the package, with one-time exchange only.

All returns will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our website.

2) Items purchased during sales and promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged/return. Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase. If items found damaged/torn/deficiency, it is MUST to be reported within 3 days after the parcel is received, and they must be returned within 7 days after the report is made. We will replace the item, subject to remaining stock. Goods must be returned with the price tag and invoice.

3) We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy. The product will be sent back to you.

4) All shipping costs are borne by the customer, and we are not liable until the item reaches our office.

5) All refunds and reimbursements will be made in the form of store credit into the Ariani account. For online purchases, returns and refunds will be made in terms of store credit.


7) You are NOT ALLOWED to exchange any item that you bought from the WEBSITE at our STORE / BOUTIQUE. For returns and exchanges, kindly declare the items as returns/defects.


You are adviced to notify us first through an (EMAIL) by quoting the order number and the product details with reasons of return at [email protected]
